Start your care labels from product data—not repeated entry.

Bring Excel or CSV product information into labelAccord’s care-label workflow. Explore how a representative import connects to language selection, label layouts and the next production step.

Start with a representative file

Use a small selection of styles from the source your team already maintains. Include a straightforward example and a more complex garment so that the demonstration covers the fields and exceptions that matter.

Agree the mapping before the rollout

Identify which columns contain product identifiers, component information, language choices and the other content your labels require. Confirm how repeated components or missing source information will be handled.

An import process is useful only when the input and expected output agree. The demonstration should establish that fit before a collection-wide run.

Inspect the result in the label workflow

Review the imported information in the resulting layouts. Check representative language sets, multi-page formats and supplier output requirements before extending the workflow to more products.

File import first; custom connections where needed

Excel/CSV import and a direct system connection are different scopes. Custom API connections for ERP or PLM workflows are available on request. System access, mapping, development and maintenance requirements need to be agreed for the actual platform.

Useful questions

Do we need to change our PLM or ERP to begin?

A file-based import can be the starting point. Use the demonstration to check what your current system exports and what labelAccord requires.

Will any spreadsheet work without preparation?

Do not assume so. The required schema and data mapping must be confirmed. A marketing checklist is not a validated application import template.

Can bulk output bypass final review?

No. Test representative styles and confirm the output before extending the process to a larger collection.

Bring a small export and one difficult style.

See what can be reused, what needs mapping and what a rollout would involve.
